By accessing, browsing, or using the ku91 website located at ku91.io (the "Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or betting markets published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply in their entirety to all persons who access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. • You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party in placing bets or conducting transactions on the Platform.

ku91 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of verifiable deposits.

To access the full range of ku91 services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Upon registration, you will select a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. ku91 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account lifecycle. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the ku91 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku91 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be introduced from time to time and will be noted in the Platform's cashier section.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent verified deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with ku91 support.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within one to three hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Fees: ku91 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ku91 bears no responsibility.
• Bonus Conditions: Funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied in full.

ku91 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or resolution of any open disputes. In cases where fraud is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

All bets placed on the ku91 sportsbook are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the user. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed on screen, the odds are locked.
• In-play (live) bets are final upon on-screen confirmation and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• ku91 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a manifest pricing error, data feed failure, or system fault. In such cases, the stake is returned to the user's account.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced (for markets that should have been closed before the start) will be voided and the stake returned.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, specific rules apply based on the official result as declared by the governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). These are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Combination and accumulator bets require all legs to be settled as valid for the accumulator to stand. A voided leg will reduce the accumulator by that leg's selection, applying standard reduction factor calculations.

ku91 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including the imposition of maximum stake limits, without being required to provide a reason for such action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku91 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.

The ku91 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of ku91 and may not be used without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of ku91.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku91 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ku91 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ku91's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ku91 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku91 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

ku91 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ku91.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
